- Sales EA/PA (Northside)
Sales EA/PA
RT Edgar Northside currently have an amazing opportunity for a motivated person to join one of our Senior sales advisor as an Executive Assistant/Sales Consultant.
Working closely with Alexander you will be working across both sales & administrative tasks.
Saturday work is required for this role to assist with Open for inspections in Inner North.
This role is fast paced & would suit someone who is looking to elevate their real estate career. You will learn, develop & receive mentoring from our amazing team.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Managing diaries, emails & calendars
• Completing sales administrative tasks
• Preparing sales appraisals & listing presentations
• Co-ordinating with vendors, buyers & external suppliers
• Co-ordinating advertising & marketing
• Co-ordinating Open for inspections
• Processing sales files, ensuring compliance
• Organising auction day services
• Pre & post client care
• Market research & associated reports
Requirements:
• 1-2 years+ working as an Executive assistant to either an individual or a team
• 6 months + Real estate experience is essential
• High-level attention to detail & the ability to multi-task & prioritise
• Excellent time management & organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• The ability to work as part of a team or individually
• Smart personal presentation
• A current Real Estate Agents representative or Real estate licence is required for this role
• Valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle
